These Conditions apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions that Purchaser seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. If Purchaser refuses to accept these Conditions, Purchaser shall be prohibited from ordering Goods from the Site. Company’s shopping pages will guide Purchaser through the steps Purchaser needs to take to place an Order. Purchaser should check its Order carefully before submitting it. However, if Purchaser needs to correct any errors Purchaser can do so before submitting its Order.
Returns & Reimbursement
The Percenta Policy is aimed at providing a fast and effortless returns experience. Please follow the appropriate instructions below, within 14 days of receiving your order, to facilitate a quick return and refund.
Please note that Percenta can only accept liability for orders returned using our pre-paid DHL EXPRESS Service and are unable to track or insure against losses using other carriers.
Please note: all items being returned must be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached. We cannot accept the return of any item which no longer retains the quality in which it was received.

Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 48 hours or so to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please note that up to 14 days may elapse between our receiving your return and the refund procedure. The refund time depends on the chosen payment method. In case the consignee is different from the buyer, the refund is always issued to the buyer and credit card or bank account owner.
Currency fluctuations is not liable for any exchange rate differences between the original purchase date and the refund date

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Delivery time
Delivery generally takes 1 – 6 working days. (Certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time.)
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.

Any dates quoted for the delivery are approximate only. Percenta shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods on or before stated delivery dates; however time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract, and Percenta shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however so caused.

Order tracking
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order after receiving the email via the link provided. After we have transferred  your order to our shipping partner you will also receive an email with a package number.

Missing Parcel
If you haven´t received your order within our specified delivery time please contact our customer service via service@percenta-nanoproducts or call us. Our customer service will gladly assist you.
International Buyers 
All products are international shipped and therefore no country specific language on the product is given.

At you can pay via PayPal, and can do so, without even creating a PayPal customer account. In order to do this, select PayPal payment method during checkout, and at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ (highlighted below) and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
Once the incoming payment is registered with us, your order will be processed. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.
If you send goods back, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can then choose if you want to use the funds through your PayPal account directly, or wish to transfer the amount back to your bank or credit card account. We have no control over this, but you can manage it directly using your PayPal account.


Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
