Percenta Nano Coating for Textile is a sealant for impregnation which forms a transparent hydrophobic and oleophobic coating, protecting the surface from water, dirt, food, etc.

It forms a thin, transparent coating around each fibre of the material, thus protecting it from wine, coffee, etc. This means that spilled beverage for example do not absorb within the material and the liquids can be cleaned simply with a tissue without leaving any stains!

How to use

AREAS OF APPLICATIONS:
All kinds of textiles
Clothes, bags, purses, suitcases, suits, shoes, tents, curtains, carpets, sports equipment, furniture upholstery, car upholstery, uniforms, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Shake well before using. The application should be checked at an inconspicuous spot or a sample.

Surface preparation:
The surface should be clean, dry, with no oil residues. Before the application the textile must be washed and rinsed intensively, to remove all additives or finishing facilities (for example surface-active agents and slip additives).

Impregnation:
The nano coating should be applied in that way, that a thin, regular wet coat on the surface of the textile will be formed. Apply the product either with a spray or by soaking the textile in it. Afterwards leave the material to dry, as for this purpose you can use a hairdryer.

Coverage: 40-100 ml/sq.m
Environmental conditions: 5 – 30^oC, humidity <70%
Application temperature: 5 – 30^oC

Curing / Drying: 3-12 hours
Durability of a coating: up to 12 months or 20 washings
Color of a coating: transparent / invisible

Storage temperature: 5 – 30^oC
Shelf life: 24 months

• Do not mix different products
• Proper dosage saves costs and environmental impacts
• Not tested on animals
• Keep out of reach of children

Recycling info

HOW TO RECYCLE:

1. Remove the pump from the bottle.
2. Discard the pump.
3. Be sure to completely rinse out the product from the bottle before recycling.

Always check with your local municipality for recyclability acceptance.
