Shopping at Percenta Nanotechnology is easy, quick and 24 hours a day possible. First of all, all products can be viewed without obligations. Once you have found an item, you can register one-time only, or shop as a new customer without registration. During your registration you can also enter your phone-number so we can reach you when necessary.

No, you can shop at Percenta Nanoproducts online shop without creating an account.
There are two options:
a) „I am a returning customer“: order via your account
b) „I am a new customer“: order without account-registration

How do I know if my order was placed?
Once your order has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please contact our customer service via service@percenta-nanoproducts.com. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to cancel your order please write an e-mail to service@percenta-nanoproducts.com  or call our customer service .  We will try to fulfil your request.

Please note that we cannot cancel or change orders once they have been transferred to our logistic partner. 

International Buyers – Please Note: 
All products are international shipped and therefore no country specific language on the product is given.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
