Returns & Reimbursement
The Percenta Policy is aimed at providing a fast and effortless returns experience. Please follow the appropriate instructions below, within 14 days of receiving your order, to facilitate a quick return and refund.
- Percenta can only accept liability for orders returned using a pre-paid DHL EXPRESS Service (at your expence) and are unable to track or insure against losses using other carriers.
- All items being returned must be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached. We cannot accept the return of any item which no longer retains the quality in which it was received.
If you would like to return an item, simply inform us on email@example.com. You will receive an email confirmation of the request with a copy of the label attached. Follow the instructions printed on the page to complete the return and send it back to our facility. Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 48 hours or so to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please note that up to 14 days may elapse between our receiving your return and the refund procedure. The refund time depends on the chosen payment method. In case the consignee is different from the buyer, the refund is always issued to the buyer and credit card or bank account owner.
- If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
- If you send goods back, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can then choose if you want to use the funds through your PayPal account directly, or wish to transfer the amount back to your bank or credit card account. We have no control over this, but you can manage it directly using your PayPal account.
Percenta-nanoproducts.com is not liable for any exchange rate differences between the original purchase date and the refund date.
