Delivery generally takes 1 – 8 business days. (Certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time.)
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order after receiving the email via the link provided.

Our shipping partners try to deliver your package multiple times. If you are not at home during the first delivery you will get a notification to make an appointment for a second delivery. 

International Buyers – Please Note: 

  • All products are shipped out of Germany/Bulgaria and therefore no country specific language on the product is given.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
